Life lately, according to Facebook (and other places)

These last two weeks have been mildly eventful. Mostly, I had a sick day (above) and enjoyed my fox sweater, coffee in a Peanuts cup, and my new pink pants. I bought some adorable heart tights for my wedding, and also a cute pair of shoes that I have to exchange for a larger size, and I found this really awesome voice medley of Mario Songs, which made me smile ALL day.

I got more into nail-painting when I discovered this awesome owl-nails tutorial, and next I tried the zig-zag nails, only with scalloped shears instead. You can see on my palm that I am not a neat-and-clean nail painter. At all.

I parted my hair in the middle for a change. Mr. Owl thought it looked “funny,” which eventually I figured out meant that it just didn’t look like me. Speaking of hair, I saw this adorable little Hair-Do Dating Cues from the 1940’s, and it made me laugh.

And I FINALLY cleaned out my closet and updated my blog shop. I may  have a new addiction for styling and posting clothing to sell.

It’s been a pretty good couple of weeks! I’m really excited today, because I should be receiving my very first iPhone in the mail, after which I will have Instagram, and I’ll be able to do my-week-in-instagram-photos posts, which I’ve always loved reading from other bloggers!

      I was the same way! So when I discovered I was able to get one free (by joining up with Mr. Owl’s plan) I was SO excited. And Instagram was my first thought. Hehe.

    Love that fox sweater! And your owl nails came out so cute… I don’t think I have a steady enough hand (or the patience) to pull that off but would love to try. Have a great weekend 🙂

    The owl nails are just too cute, you did a great job! 😀 Also, that ring, if that’s your engagement ring, is the most gorgeous engagement ring I’ve ever seen <3. And thank you for sharing that mario medley, if there's anything there can never be enough of in this world, it's funny videogame soundtrack covers.
