Guest Post: Decked Out in Ruffles

Hello Eccentric Owl readers! I’m Vicki, and I blog over at Decked Out in Ruffles. I’m a 20-year-old gal currently making her way through college online from home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I’m a reader, a dreamer, a dabbling artist and writer, and just a giant geek at heart. This outfit is actually what I wore on Christmas Day. I wanted something a bit fancier for church in the morning, but it was cold, and I still wanted to maintain some level of coziness and comfort. So, I opted for this warm wool skirt (with pockets!), and paired it with a lace dress underneath. I made the look a bit fancier by adding a sparkly necklace, and then to finish it off, tights (a winter necessity) and my favorite pair of black flats.
