The Royal We | BBRBF Book Club + Outfit

So as you probably know by now, Sara Lily and I started a book club! Its title is officially the BBRBF Book Club, which stands for “Best Book Reading Blog Friends”. As Sara stated, we’re kinda lame, but we’re awesomely lame. Right? 😉 Anyway, our first book, as you can see, is The Royal We by Heather Cocks and Jessica Morgan. Now, I should state as a disclaimer, I have been reading Heather and Jessica’s blog, Go Fug Yourself, for an insanely long time. Long before blogging was the cool thing to do, I feel like, I was addicted. I love their humor, I love the glamorous and weird world…

BBRBF Book Club! | The Royal We

If you click and buy through the affeliate link provided in this page, I get a small commission, which goes to help pay my blogging costs. So thanks for supporting my blog! Happy first day of March! I had hoped to end February with at least one more book review, but it turns out February was crazy busy with birthdays and kid checkups and all the fun mom stuff, so instead I’ll open March up with a super fun new thing: the BBRBF Book Club! (That name is totally not set in stone, but I thought it was appropriate – and if you were wondering, reference this post for what…

Me Before You | Book Review + Inspired Outfit

It’s only fitting that I start off this month’s book reviews with a romance. And if you want a romance that will throw you into conflict and probably break your heart, then Me Before You is something you should read. The synopsis (via the back of the book): “Louisa Clark is an ordinary girl living and exceedingly ordinary life — steady boyfriend, close family — who has hardly been farther afield than her tiny village. She takes a badly needed job working for ex-Master of the Universe Will Traynor, who is wheelchair bound after an accident. Will has always lived a huge life — big deals, extreme sports, worldwide travel…

Landline | Book Review + Inspired Outfit

Well, I didn’t do my 4 books this month, but I DID get three checked off my list! Landline  by Rainbow Rowell was, again, sent to me by Sara Lily (who is basically fueling my book list right now, ha!) and it has been my favorite so far. But before I get into the review, of course, here is the synopsis (via the back of the book): “Georgie McCool knows her marriage is in trouble. That it’s been in trouble for a long time. She still loves her husband, Neal, and Neal still loves her, deeply – but that almost seems beside the point now. Maybe that was always beside…

Where’d You Go, Bernadette? | Book Review + Inspired Outfit

And we’re here for another book review! I must confess, I haven’t read 4 books yet this month as I’d hoped, but I’m on my way to finishing the 3rd one, so that’s not too bad! I created a book list page and will link to each review + outfit when I’m done reading all the books. As you can see, I still have a lot of room on my list. So if you have a favorite book (no series/trilogies, please!) let me know! (I also haven’t added all the books I want to read, but I’ll get there!) I particularly enjoy fiction, romance, and fairytales. This week’s book is,…
