    Tuesday’s Adventure: Fort Worden

I can’t believe how backed up I am on sharing adventures with you all! It was over 2 weeks ago that Mr. Owl and I went to Fort Worden on a whim. I had been there before, although I never realized they had a lighthouse, but Mr. Owl had never explored the park. There are a lot of things to see there– a lighthouse, abandoned military bunkers, beautiful old military housing you can still rent, the beach, cliffs, a castle… You’ve already seen the above two pictures, but I didn’t want to post about this trip without them. The lighthouse was the first place we went, since it was the…

    Tuesday’s Adventure: Camping! Part Two.

I’m still quite fond of him. On Monday, Mr. Owl and I went to a place called Point No Point to see the lighthouse (and the beach.) I really, really love the sea, and lighthouses, and it was the perfect day for such an outing! The sun was out, the tide was out, and since it was a Monday, the beach was relatively free of people. Since the tide was so far out, there were plenty of warm…

    The Eccentric and her Owl.

It’s story and picture time! Now that y’all know about my man– who we will call Mr. Owl (thanks to Picco for the nickname) for now– I can share my favorite pictures and a few little adventures we’ve had in the past few weeks. And I can answer all of your questions. First of all, he’s a photographer, amongst other things. So all the really, really good quality pictures… were taken with his camera. But I edited them, and we both had ideas, so really all of our photoshoots are collaborative efforts. I suppose really I should just start at the beginning, since y’all asked the predictable questions (Is he…
