    Weekly Check In: Diet Talk

    Note: Please understand that with any of my diet and exercise posts, I am not beating myself up over a number. I fully understand the difference between having healthy goals and having unhealthy goals. I’m not out to lose 50lbs and diet to the extreme. I’m not devastated over my current weight or body. I’m trying to teach myself to eat healthily, make the right choices, and reach goals that I have had for a long time.
