    The Whole 30: What to read, how to cook, and what to keep in your kitchen.

    I did a little diet update yesterday, but the lovely Eliza commented that she’d love to know more about how I even know what to cook and what to keep in my kitchen, so I thought I’d do a more in-depth review of all of the tips and tricks I’ve learned so far.     Food Update: The Whole 30 Progress

    So we are now on day 13 on our Whole 30 adventure, and so far I LOVE it. I have so much more energy, and I feel so much more free to eat without worrying about what the food is going to do to me body or my skin. It’s wonderful!     Most people who hear that I’ve quit eating sugar and am planning to change out my white flours for whole wheat flour say “Oh, you’re dieting?” or “I need to go on a diet again…” But changing the way I eat isn’t just a diet.
