    Weekly Check In: Diet Talk

    Note: Please understand that with any of my diet and exercise posts, I am not beating myself up over a number. I fully understand the difference between having healthy goals and having unhealthy goals. I’m not out to lose 50lbs and diet to the extreme. I’m not devastated over my current weight or body. I’m trying to teach myself to eat healthily, make the right choices, and reach goals that I have had for a long time.     Thursday’s adventure: Dieting

    As you know, or maybe you don’t so you should go read this, I am trying to lose a moderate amount of weight and become generally healthier (aka, not binge on junk food all the time and be able to take a hike without wanting to die at the end). I am reluctant to call it “dieting” because dieting is a fad, and I plan to implement this healthy change of eating habits for the rest of my life.
