    Having a moment together right after the ceremony, reveling in the fact that we’re married. My absolutely beautiful maid of honor in the headband I made for her to wear.     A Tribute To Hair

    I’ve been sitting here researching haircuts, and I came across an article that has you measure your face and it will calculate your face shape for you. Since I’ve always guessed oval, but never really known for sure, I did the little test. Came up round. Which… isn’t bad. Anyway, so that brought me to Googling “Haircuts for Round Face Shapes” to see what came up. One celebrity whose short hairstyle I really like, and whose face shape is round, is Ginnifer Goodwin.   This hairstyle is shorter than I had originally planned,  but I’ve been thinking “It grows back, and I’m cutting off a good amount anyway.     I Was Born On Her Birthday

    My dad’s mom is one of the most precious people in my life. I love my grandma Helen to death; I was born on her birthday, April 27th, and share her middle name. With every letter she writes me (and there would be more if I was more consistent in writing back), she includes a Daily Bread page (a little prayer-journal type pamphlet with a thought/verse/story for every day of each month). Her letters are sometimes hard to read, increasingly so the older she gets. I cannot imagine life without Grandma.
