Everyone Looks Better In…
It’s probably pretty obvious that I love these Sunglasses. I’ve worn them every chance I get; any tiny break of sunshine through these clouds, and I’m grabbing the sunnies. Love. So this is the little tiny break of trees right in our yard. We live in such a nice little out-of-the way country neighborhood. The road is relatively a quiet one, except for the dogs across the road who barked at me the entire time I was taking pictures. Girliness.
As if I wasn’t girly enough already, today I feel like a culmination of everything it means to be feminine. Pink? Check. Purple? Double check. Heels? Of course! Shiny things? Yes. Everywhere. Painted nails? For once, check. Twirly skirt? Well… close enough. It’s rare that even I feel too girly, but this outfit… I feel like a doll. In a weird way. But not enough that I’m going to change. My man and I are going job-hunting today. He makes custom furniture for people from his house, but he’d like a “real” job, and me… well, I just want to have a budget for thrift shopping again. L is for Lavender
L is for Lavender, for the Alphabet of Color challenge. I feel very French/Victorian. I think it’s the stripes and the ribbon around my neck (which I really, really love.) Okay. You might think me weird, but for some reason I really, really like the picture below. I was attempting to take a picture of my hair, but I’d forgotten to zoom the camera out, so instead it only caught my neck and the ribbon. And it just… I don’t know. I like it. Is it just me?
