    I’ve been thinking for a while that I would love to expand my blog to include more things.     I finally got around to making myself a healthy (mostly) meal yesterday. And it was delicious. Now, while I do really like to cook, and some days I love taking hours to make the perfect dinner, I’m not really much of a “take hours in the kitchen to make one meal” on an everyday basis sort of person.
