Oh, my goodness, it is COLD. When I took these pictures on Wednesday, I was only outside for about fifteen minutes. But by the time I got done, my fingers were so cold I could barely move them, I had goosebumps all over, and my nose had started to run from the bite of the wind. Vampire quality
Do you ever have those days where you feel so confident that you start making tons of faces in your outfit pictures, and end up with several that crack you up? This was one of those days. In half of my pictures, I’m making weird faces. But hey, we’ll just go with it; I generally do laugh and make faces more than acting all serious-fashion-blogger-y in real life. Snow White
It’s Halloween! I hope you are all having a good day. For me, well… no candy, no treats, no nothing! I’ve been really lax about how I’ve been eating the last few days, and it’s coming back to get me! I’ve had these terrible incessant burps because my stomach is all off balance from dairy and grains, so it’s back to strict Paleo eating now. Weddings and Memories
This weekend, one of my best friends got married in Colorado Springs. I met her back when I was 17 and my dad had a job which moved us around the country, and we lived in New Mexico for nine months. She and I pretty much immediately hit it off right away over an impromptu session of singing Phantom of the Opera, and since then have been the best of friends. I could not be more thrilled for her! Okay, I have to say: this is probably my favorite outfit I have worn in… a really long time. I LOVE this shirt (and please tell me nobody ever tried wearing this as a dress. That’s where I found it, in the dress section at the thrift store…), and while I’m usually all about lots of color, I really like the overall palette of this outfit.
