    Marvel skirt, red tank top, and retro sunglasses

    Hello lovelies! Today I am working on what feels like a massive Etsy update, tackling the boxes I have yet to delve into and posting some of my most treasured finds (wedding dresses! 1960’s wiggle dress! 60’s and 70’s slips/sheer robes! 1970’s maxi dresses!) which is hard. All of the things I got through photographing today are things I’ve been hoarding because… pretty. Even though they don’t fit me, or they wouldn’t fit my style/life at all.     Take Me to the Zoo

    Focusing more on writing this week has been interesting so far. I don’t want to say too much, because I plan to talk about it in my vlog at the end of the week, but I’ve been re-reading Sweet Ireland Air so that I can get back into the characters and finish the book… and I’ve realized I’m very much not a collaborator.     One jumpsuit two ways

    So this is a garment that has my family and friends split on whether it’s good or terrible, and I confess I tried it on at the thrift store because it looked crazy and I was going to make fun of it. My dad loves it. My mom and my husband think it’s weird and ugly. And I mean… jumpsuits? I have always been firmly on the “Definitely not!” side of that argument. I used to think only babies should wear onesies (that’s what it is, basically. A grown-up onesie.) Besides, how do you perform basic bodily functions in them?
