How to: wear black and orange and not look like Halloween
Well, at least I don’t think I look like Halloween. But I went to Target the other day, and they had their tights fully stocked so I had to grab orange, yellow, and red tights. I love them all! I’m back! As you can see. I dropped my friend off at the airport about two hours ago, and I should be back to blogging regularly now. That eight days that she was here went by really fast for me. Coffee Goddess and Sitting Dog
Would it be entirely vain to say I absolutely love these pictures? The lighting today was fabulous. I just wish some of the fog had stayed from earlier. *sigh* So dreamy! Today, I was told by a new customer that I was basically his coffee goddess. This was before he tasted my coffee. I’m just, you know, that good. 😉 Actually, he was very thankful that we were open before 4am, and also that we have white coffee. You know, I’ve never really understood the pull of white coffee. I have had this song stuck in my head all day. Actually, make that the last two days. I sang it in the shower last night, at work yesterday, at work this morning, between pictures today… it’s a catchy tune. I have found the love of my life. Or rather, the four loves of my life. And no, none of them are men. (Ah, someday. Although I really hope that when that happens, there’s only one. I’ve been doing this for longer than I thought.
I was making a Facebook album of my scarf-a-day pictures, and I realized that I’ve been doing this for three days longer than I thought I had. Here I was thinking yesterday’s outfit was day ten and all the while… it’s thirteen. But two of those don’t really count because I wore two scarves twice without noticing it. Not that that’s a bad thing. It just means I have more scarves to conquer. I have to say, this may be one of my favorite outfits of the scarf challenge so far.
