    … and now I’m hungry.

    I finally got around to making myself a healthy (mostly) meal yesterday. And it was delicious. Now, while I do really like to cook, and some days I love taking hours to make the perfect dinner, I’m not really much of a “take hours in the kitchen to make one meal” on an everyday basis sort of person. I’m kind of impatient. I’m also not a very precise cook. I sort of just throw things in and hope it tastes good. ¬†Which is why most of the meals I cook are pretty simple, and the ingredients always vary.
