Pregnancy update (also, it’s winter!)
As I mentioned yesterday, I am officially eight months pregnant. This means I have eight weeks left to go in this whole journey of pregnancy, which is a thought that seems incredibly amazing to me. Have I really been pregnant for eight months already? Is it really only going to be — give or take– eight weeks until I have an actual real baby in my arms to take care of??? Joy
If ever there was a piece of clothing that embodied joy for me, it would be this skirt. I mean, it’s vintage, it’s twirly, it’s got a quirky but classic print (dandelion fluff?), it’s that irrisistable soft material I love, it’s pleated… I can’t get enough! Vampire quality
Do you ever have those days where you feel so confident that you start making tons of faces in your outfit pictures, and end up with several that crack you up? This was one of those days. In half of my pictures, I’m making weird faces. But hey, we’ll just go with it; I generally do laugh and make faces more than acting all serious-fashion-blogger-y in real life. You guys, I am so, so, SO in love with this dress from Shop Vintage Minnie! I’m not going to lie, I wore it for three days straight when I got it in the mail. It’s not only red, which is my favorite color, but it’s got flowers on it, which you all know I’m addicted to anything floral, it fits my pregnant belly, and it’s vintage. A combination like that is irresistible. There’s a similar blue one available if anyone wants to, you know, send it to me. Haha! Plus, it looks good with boots OR heels. Do you ever have those days where you have all the pictures, but nothing to say? This is one of those days. I think I might be a reincarnation of my mom’s highschool era.
