Of smiling
I have never liked smiling for pictures. And by smiling, I mean… showing teeth. I always felt self-conscious about it because I thought it made my face look chubby. In fact, I’ve never really liked to be photographed by anyone except for myself and one or two trusted — professional — photographers. Even now, I tend to give a close-lipped smile, or just generally try to look pleasant, for others taking photographs or myself when I’m doing blog photos. But I want to change that. Valentine’s Day Lookbook: Retro
My husband bought me this dress last year for Valentine’s Day, and I was so thrilled with it… but disappointed because this particular dress runs larger, and the medium didn’t fit me, which meant we had to return it and wait for the smaller size. So I didn’t get to wear it for Valentine’s day. And since then, I was only able to wear it twice before I got pregnant. The End of an Era
Well, you guys, this is it! This will be my last outfit post before Asa is born. My last outfit post before I take some maternity leave from the blog for two weeks. Oh, my goodness, it is COLD. When I took these pictures on Wednesday, I was only outside for about fifteen minutes. But by the time I got done, my fingers were so cold I could barely move them, I had goosebumps all over, and my nose had started to run from the bite of the wind. I absolutely love this weather, though! It’s been so beautifully sunny and frosty, and the world just sparkles every time I go outside!
