Nature Girl
I think the only thing I will miss about the old house when we move is this tree. This tree is fantastic for photoshoots, whether I’m using it to pose with, or as a prop for my camera to sit on. The back yard is beautiful as well, and the driveway has been quite handy. There isn’t as much privacy at the new house– it’s in a neighborhood– so I’ll have to either get over my shyness of being seen photographing myself, or find more creative and sneaky ways to do photoshoots where nobody can see me. Feels like fall
I don’t have much to say today. I have a friend over (she’s watching me. It’s weird) and we’re going to do a photoshoot with vintage/Victorian-esque dresses. My mom made me another hat. And I love it. She says if anyone would like a hat, she’ll make (and sell) you one. For $12. 😉 So let me know! Ah, I almost forgot! I’ve started a new (and easier) challenge: an owl a day. My Moon, My Man
I have had this song stuck in my head all day. Actually, make that the last two days. I sang it in the shower last night, at work yesterday, at work this morning, between pictures today… it’s a catchy tune. Addictions.
I may or may not be (but it’s more likely the first option) be addicted to these boots. I’ve worn them three days in a row now, and I have no intention of wearing any other shoes unless I have to go to work or it’s not raining. Foiled again.
I really wanted to do a fun, weird, random photoshoot today involving a dark red sheet as the backdrop, a full-face mask, and a 1950’s style dress, but then I realized that my camera’s batteries need to be recharged.
