Man of Style: Blazers and Bow Ties

I haven’t done a style post featuring Mr. Owl for so long, so I was really excited when Tie Society offered us the opportunity to try out their services. They’re a pretty cool company where you can choose an option to have one, three, five, or ten ties or bow-ties a month, and when you’re done with the tie or bow-tie, you can send it back and select another one. Hats

She made more. If you would like a hat, let me know in the comments and I’ll email you my mom’s email address so you can deal directly with the brains behind this beauty. 😉 They will be $15 total– $12 for the hat, and $3 shipping/handling. You can pick whatever color you want, and whether you’d like one flower, three, or ten. All proceeds (that aren’t used for materials) go towards her “go to Ireland with my daughter” fund. And I love it. She says if anyone would like a hat, she’ll make (and sell) you one. For $12. 😉 So let me know! Ah, I almost forgot! I’ve started a new (and easier) challenge: an owl a day. As you probably noticed, I have a lot of owls. And since I wear them almost all the time anyway, I figured it’d be fun to incorporate all the owls I own into outfits or posts (some…

    Hats count as scarves, right?

I have found the love of my life. Or rather, the four loves of my life. And no, none of them are men. (Ah, someday. Although I really hope that when that happens, there’s only one. Four would be a bit much.) Love number one: This hat. My mom made me this hat, and I. love. it. To death. It is my favorite hat. Although that’s not saying much, because it’s pretty much the only hat I have. I have now put in a request for one in every color of the rainbow. Love number two: this haircolor. OH my goodness, I love it more and more every time I…
